Air passengers should check destination restrictions prior to travel

Several Thai airlines have resumed domestic services from numerous regional airports, including Lampang, Mae Sot, and Krabi.
Thailand's Ministry of Transport strongly advises passengers to check local conditions and specific entry restrictions applicable at their destination before travel.
Destination restrictions vary significantly by province, with some requiring mandatory 14-day self-quarantine (e.g., Phitsanuloke, Buriram, Trang), negative COVID-19 test results (Krabi), or special approvals (Nakhon Phanom).
While some provinces currently have no announced restrictions, this is subject to change, so passengers must confirm the latest information with their airline and destination authorities before departure.
