เมื่อลูกค้าชาวต่างชาติสั่งสเต๊ก แล้วเชฟเข้ามาทำอาหารในครัว ครูคริสถามเชฟว่า Do we have to marinate the beef ? แต่เชฟกลับได้ยินเสียงครูคริสถามว่าเขาแต่งงาน (Marriage) หรือยัง ?

ต่อมา เชฟบอกว่ามีผงโรยสเต๊กที่เป็นสูตรลับ (Secret recipe) ของทางร้าน เมื่อหมักเสร็จนำไปย่างในเตา ครูคริสถามว่า How long does it take to cook the steak ? เชฟจึงตอบว่า It use the time. ซึ่งไม่ถูกต้อง ครูคริสสอนให้พูดว่า It takes… ตามด้วยเวลา เชฟจึงตอบอีกครั้งว่า It takes two minutes to make the steak.
