เมื่อลูกค้าชาวต่างชาติถามพนักงานขายว่า Do you have any convertibles ? แต่พนักงานเอาภาษาไทยไปตอบว่า Do you mean open platoon car ? ครูคริสจึงสอนคำว่า Cabriolet / Convertible คือรถเปิดประทุน
จากนั้นพนักงานพาลูกค้าไปดูรถด้านนอก เมื่อดูแล้วชาวต่างชาติบอกว่า Wow, this car is cool. แต่พนักงานเข้าใจว่า Cool คือเย็น ครูคริสช่วยบอกว่า Cool คือเย็น หรือเจ๋ง แต่ต้องดูด้วยว่าเข้าพูดถึงบริบทไหน
จากนั้นลูกค้าถามพนักงานขายว่าค่าเสียหายเท่าไร What's the damage ? แต่พนักงานเข้าใจว่ารถมีความเสียหาย ลูกค้าเลยบอกว่า I mean how much does the car cost ? มาดูกันว่าหลังจากที่ทราบราคาแล้ว ลูกค้าจะซื้อรถหรือไม่
