While many tall buildings are under construction in Bangkok, a real estate developer incorporates ESG and CSR policies into its newest office building in the center of the capital. Director and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Raimon Land, Mr. Korn Narongdej, told Thai PBS World that half of the land of his new office building contributes to greenery to maintain the environment. To boost the real estate industry after the pandemic, the Chairman said that the foreign ownership quota should be raised to 60 percent.
