“Anutin” Does Not Cancel Gold Card, Elderly Allowance, or State Welfare Card

Thai PBS Verify investigated online posts claiming that "Anutin" is preparing to cancel the 30-Baht Universal Coverage Scheme (Gold Card), the 3,000-Baht elderly living allowance, and revoke State Welfare Card rights. The claims were found to be distorted information. The National Health Security Office (NHSO) and the government spokesperson confirmed there is no policy to cancel Gold Card rights, elderly living allowances continue to be paid at existing rates, and State Welfare Card beneficiaries can still perform identity verification and request rights reviews as scheduled.
