Thai PBS Verify investigated a post claiming: "Chor Pannika Wanich, Executive Committee Member of the Progressive Movement, demanded the military reveal its battle maps." The post utilizes outdated imagery and manipulates footage from a television program to create a misleading impression.

The Facebook page of the Cambodian Ministry of Defense posted a claim that "Thai military and media" had published fake news, specifically: "Cambodia fired BM-21 rockets, shelling Thai citizens' residences." After verification, the evidence is clear: Cambodia fired BM-21 rockets down onto the community, leaving people seriously injured. Meanwhile, foreign media encountered the incident while reporting live, clearly confirming that Cambodia intentionally fired into the Thai community area.

Cambodian media published a message claiming that “the deputy commander of Thailand’s 31st Infantry Division died in combat,” which drew thousands of reactions from Cambodian social media users. But upon verification, it was found to be merely fake news intended solely to create hatred.

Thai PBS Verify found a Cambodian social media user who posted an image of a bomber, claiming it depicted a new round of conflict between Thailand and Cambodia. Verification found that the photo was taken from a World War II dive bomber video game to create fake news. This was shared more than 2,700 times.

Thai PBS Verify inspected a whirlwind video clip posted by the Drama-addict page, which was shared over 1,600 times. The clip shows a strong rotational wind current resembling a waterspout, blowing off roofs and damaging buildings. Verification confirmed that the clip is real and not an AI image.

Thai PBS Verify examined a post by a Cambodian user claiming to show a dead Thai soldier. The post drew thousands of comments and was shared more than 200 times. However, the image was found to be from a 2013 insurgent attack in Narathiwat Province and is unrelated to the Thailand–Cambodia situation.
