Having Steak
เชฟนำอาหารมาเสิร์ฟให้ลูกค้าชาวต่างชาติที่โต๊ะ แต่มี mushroom soup (ซุปเห็ด) ที่ลูกค้าไม่ได้สั่ง เชฟบอกว่าเป็นบริการพิเศษจากทางร้าน แต่พอลูกค้าถามว่า it's on the house ? (ทางร้านเลี้ยงหรือ ?) เชฟก็เข้าใจผิดและตอบว่า Yes sir, you can take it back and eat on the house. (เอากลับไปกินที่บ้านก็ได้) ครูคริสจึงช่วยอธิบายว่า On the house คือทางร้านเลี้ยง
จากนั้นลูกค้าเห็นว่าสเต๊กมันดูเหมือนไม่ใช่แบบสุก ๆ ดิบ ๆ จึงถามเชฟว่า Excuse me, the tenderloin, it doesn't look like it's rare. เชฟบอกว่าสุก ๆ ดิบ ๆ แน่นอน ลูกค้าถามต่อว่า Are you sure it's going to be juicy ? (แน่ใจเหรอว่าเนื้อจะฉ่ำ) แต่เชฟได้ยินว่า Juice จึงแนะนำน้ำผลไม้ให้ลูกค้า ครูคริสจึงรีบบอกว่า Juicy คือฉ่ำ แต่ถ้า Juice คือน้ำผลไม้ หลังจากนั้นมาดูกันว่าลูกค้าจะถามอะไรเชฟอีก แล้วเชฟจะตอบคำถามได้หรือไม่ ?
