ณ โชว์รูมรถยนต์แห่งหนึ่ง ลูกค้าต้องการซื้อรถเลยถามพนักงานว่า What's the deal if I want to buy that car ? พนักงานตอบว่า One million bath. Ten percent off. Would you like to pay in cash or pay in installments ? ลูกค้าเลยถามว่า And what’s the interest ? แต่พนักงานเข้าใจผิดในบริบทความหมายของคำว่า "interest" จึงตอบไปว่า A lot of interest for this car. จากนั้นพนักงานจะบอกว่าเอารถเก่ามาแลกรถใหม่ได้ แต่พนักงานใช้คำว่า "Turn" ครูคริสเลยบอกต้องใช้คำว่า "Trade in"
พอถึงเวลาไปตรวจสอบรถคันเก่าของลูกค้า พนักงานถามว่า How old is your car ? จนสุดท้ายพนักงานประเมินราคารถได้ 80,000 บาท ทำให้ลูกค้าไม่พอใจ
